CCA Co-Creation Awards 2011

22nd November 2011 | Capgemini Auditorium, Papendorpseweg 100, Utrecht

On 22nd of November 2011, the second edition of the Co-creation Awards will be held!

Nowadays, a clear trend can be identified, where companies try to involve consumers and other external parties in product development, marketing or customer service. Many companies experiment with a specific form of co-creation and for others it is already part of the company strategy.

Now, the first success stories of co-creation are becoming visible. To emphasize on successful co-creation and to compliment these initiatives, the Co-creation Association granted the first Co-creation Awards in 2010. With this yearly recurring event, the Co-creation Association hopes to show the critical success factors needed for a successful co-creation initiative and to start an active discussion around this theme. This years’ CCA Co-creation Awards will be organized and facilitated by Capgemini Consulting.

Awards will be granted to companies that implemented co-creation initiatives successfully in three categories: customization, crowdsourcing and community.

The Co-Creation Association has made an overview of over 50 co-creation initiatives, for which now voting is open to the public. Based on these votes, one winner per category will be selected. Next to that, a jury consisting of Felix Koch (Promise) and Jaco van Zijll Langhout (Capgemini Consulting) will select an overall winner.

The awards will be handed out at the Awards Event, 22nd November. At this event, several Co-Creation cases will be presented, to share experience and lessons learned on how to implement Co-Creation initiatives.
